STRONG MESSAGE FROM THE CO-FOUNDER OF OHPT

It’s 3:22 am and I still couldn’t sleep, trying to think deeply what is happening with all of us right now given this current situation of a virus pandemic. I come up with a thought that most of us lives in a bubble that life is forever even though we are aware that death happens around us every day even before this virus came around. Now everyone realizes how scary it is to die sooner and forgetting the fact that death is most certain than life. Life was never a guarantee but death is always is. There is a truth and nothing but a truth that most people who have few hours or minutes to live have regrets in their mind that they should have lived their lives in a better way. And it doesn’t mean to have more money or more possessions or more vacations to travel but most of their regrets is about how many people they made feel bad about themselves because of their own actions towards these certain individuals. My point here is, that from now on and not only when we survive this pandemic, we should make sure to make everyone we encounter in our lives to make them feel good about themselves instead of the other way around, whether we know them for a long time or even if we just encounter them for a few seconds. In that case we will have no regrets how we lived our lives. I hope everyone who I know ponder on this little lesson that I can share. With much love to everyone that I know and to everyone who will I know in the future and to everyone who I will never know. Live life to the fullest and don’t let fear make you act to hurt people. Let’s all hope for the best for humanity.

With much Love - Francis Reyes (co-founder of OHPT).
